We request that you attend all appointments booked on your behalf. If you can not attend, we ask that you provide NOTICE OF CANCELLATION at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel without due notice, we lose two patients: you and the person we could have treated in the time slot. if you do not provide cancellation in time, there will be a cancellation /no show fee full amount will be applied in your account. If you miss three appointments in a row, you will be discharged from the Silvercreek Spa.
